Tarjeta de bebé con washi tape - A baby card with washi tape

Tengo que confesar que no soy muy amiga del washi tape... me encanta verlo en diferentes proyectos, pero me cuesta muchísimo usarlo de una manera original. Para el reto 54 de 3flowers nos pedían una tarjeta que incorporase esta cinta decorativa de papel o "celo japonés" y aquí tenéis la mía: 

I have to confess something... washitape is really not my thing... I love seeing it in different projects, but I find it difficult to use in a unique way. For challenge number 54 at 3flowers, they asked us to make a card with this japanese tape and here's mine:

Aproveché el reto para hacer una tarjeta de bebé para Alba, una preciosa niña que nació en noviembre. También le regalé una maletita de madera decorada con papeles de Echo Park Paper llena de ropita:

I took advantage of the challenge to make a baby card for Alba, a precious little girl who was born in November. I also gave her this wooden suitcase, that I decorated with papers from Echo Park Paper, filled with clothes:

Corté el panel de cartulina blanca, de la marca Neenah, con dos troqueles de Mama Elephant y aunque los tengo desde el "Black Friday" no los he usado hasta ahora. El lazo de washi tape fue cortado con un troquel del mismo set. 

I die cut the card panel (Neenah cardstock) using two dies by Mama Elephant and although I've had them since Black Friday, I hadn't used them until now. The bow was cut out of washitape with another die from the same set.

Las letras con purpurina rosa son pegatinas (puffy stickers) de Heidi Swapp y para la bonita frase he usado un sello del set "Contando estrellas" de Gigi et Moi, que embossé en oro. No tengo ni idea de qué marca son los washis que usé... 

The pink puffy sticker letters are from Heidi Swapp and for the beautiful sentiment ("May the stars light your way") I gold embossed a stamp from the set "Contando estrellas" by Gigi et Moi. I have no idea who made the washi tapes that I used...

Una tarjeta invernal para cuatro retos - A wintery card for four challenges

Ya estoy de vuelta para mostraros una divertida tarjeta que hice para unos cuantos retos usando el versátil set de sellos "Three amigos" de Mama Elephant.

I'm back to show you a fun card that I made for a couple of challenges using Mama Elephant's "Three amigos" stamp set.

Enmascaré los tres animalitos para colocarlos unos encima de los otros y cambié los papeles en blanco que tenían en las manos por unos regalos dibujados a mano. Me inspiré bastante en la maravillosa tarjeta de Debby Hughes de Lime Doodle Design:

Using some masking I stacked the animals and swiched the blank papers in their hands for three hand-drawn presents. I was quite inspired by this wonderful card by Debby Hughes from Lime Doodle Design:

En lugar de embossing utilicé pasta de textura y un stencil de La Pareja Creativa para el fondo, pero mantuve la combinación de colores: rojo, blanco y turquesa.

Instead of white embossing, I used texture paste and a Stencil by La Pareja Creativa for the background, but I kept the colour combo red, white and turquoise.

Tampoco me pude resistir a colorear los graciosos animales con rotuladores Copic aunque el protagonista de la tarjeta de Debby no ha sido coloreado.

I also couldn't resist colouring the fun critters with Copic Markers although Debby's main character is uncoloured.

Cambié el sello embosado por un cartelito del set de sellos "Cool day" de MFT Stamps que coloree como si fuese de madera. La verdad es que el texto hubiese quedado mejor estampado de marrón...

Instead of embossing the sentiment, I used this great signpost from the "Cold day" stamp set by MFT Stamps and coloured it to look like wood. I should really have chosen brown ink for the sentiment...

• La cuarta entrega del reto Scrapliftdúo, esta vez propuesto por Anika de Bonico de corazón para el cual había que inspirarse en la tarjeta de Debby que os acabo de mostrar.
  
  The fourth "Scrapliftduo" challenge. This time Anika from Bonico de Corazón asked us to scraplift Debby's previously shown card.
• El reto de Copic Marker España cuyo requisito era crear un proyecto navideño con una imagen coloreada con rotuladores Copic.
  
  The Copic Marker Spain challenge for which we had to create a Christmas-themed project 
• El reto de diciembre de Mama Elephant que nos pedían un proyecto invernal usando al menos uno de sus productos.
  
  The winter-themed Mama Elephant December Stamp with ME challenge. 
• El reto navideño de Mundo Scrap / The Christmas-themed challenge at Mundo Scrap.

Invitaciones de cumple - Birthday invitations

El 26 de septiembre fue el cumple de mi hija y preparé estas invitaciones tan cuquis para invitar a sus amiguitos a la fiesta...

On 26 September it was my daughter's Birthday and I made these cute party invitations for her friends...

El troquel que corta esta caja de 7cm x 7cm x 7cm vino con el pack de iniciación de la Big Shot Plus y lo he usado un montón! La caja tiene el tamaño perfecto para pequeños regalos como bisutería.
The die that cuts this box of almost 3" x 3" x 3" came with the Big Shot Plus starter kit and I've used it a lot! The box is the perfect size for small gifts, jewellery, etc.

El sentimiento "Te invito a mi fiesta" es de un set de sellos de Con Sal y Pimienta y el sello de los niños es el famoso "Photo Bomb" de Mama Elephant. Con las prisas no le saqué una foto al interior, pero simplemente pegué un cuadrado de texto, diseñado en Photoshop e impreso con la impresora de casa, en el fondo (con la información de la fiesta) y añadí una mariquita de chocolate.
The sentiment "You're invited to my party" is from a set by "Con Sal y Pimienta". I was in a hurry and forgot to take a picture of the inside, but it's just a small square with all the info, that I designed in Photoshop and printed on my home printer, and a wrapped chocolate ladybug.

Coloreé los graciosos niños con Copics... me llevó bastante tiempo y para no tener que hacerlo 11 veces más, escaneé la imagen y la imprimí sobre papel fotográfico. Iris quedó muy contenta y a los invitados les encantaron sus cajitas , pero el año que viene haremos las invitaciones entre las dos ^_^

I coloured the funny kids with Copic markers... it took me a while and to avoid doing it eleven times, I scanned the image and printed it on photographic paper. Iris was very pleased and her guests loved their boxes but next year we're making the invites together ^_^

Tarjeta racimo para una ocasión muy especial - A cluster-shaped card for a very special occasion

Hoy me paso por aquí muy rapidito para enseñaros esta tarjeta que he hecho para recibir a mi sobrino que está a punto de nacer ^_^ La presento para el reto de septiembre de Mama Elephant para el que pedían una tarjeta con una forma diferente.

Today I'm just stopping by to show you this card that I made to receive my nephew who is just about to arrive into this world ^_^ I'm presenting it to the Mama Elephant Stamp With Me September Challenge. This month they asked for a shaped card.

He usado el precioso set de sellos "Sunday Stroll" de Mama Elephant, algunos de los corazones del set de troqueles "Confetti" de la misma marca y troqueles de círculos de La Pareja Creativa para crear esta tarjeta diferente...

I used the cute set "Sunday Stroll" by Mama Elephant, some of the hearts from the die set "Confetti" by the same brand and circle dies by La Pareja Creativa.
